Refund Policy

At Hocus Pocus, we understand that customers may sometimes change their minds about a purchase. However, due to our commitment to charitable projects, we do not accept direct refunds. Instead, we offer the following options:

We do not offer cash/bank refunds for purchases.

  1. Exchanges
  • Condition: You can request to exchange your item within 3 days of receiving it, provided as it is: unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Receipt Required: Please present your original receipt for the exchange.
  1. Store Credit
  • If you prefer not to exchange, store credit can be created in your account for future purchases.
  • This store credit is valid for 12 months.
  1. Defective Items
  • If your item is defective, contact us within 14 days. We’ll help you with an exchange or store credit.
